Where we work

Clinic and gym

Hands-on assessment in the treatment room, then strength and rehab work in the gym as you progress.

How it works

Your treatment

Every assessment and treatment plan is individualised to you. Physiotherapy cannot guarantee a particular outcome, and your plan can change as you progress.

  1. AssessmentWe look at your presentation, your goals and what the assessment findings show.
  2. An individual planTreatment, exercise and manual therapy where appropriate, agreed with you before we start.
  3. Active rehabilitationCompleting the agreed exercises and following advice is an important part of your recovery.
  4. Review and adjustYour plan changes with your progress. If something falls outside physiotherapy, we will advise you to seek assessment from another healthcare professional.

Between appointments

Your rehab programme

Your exercises are set up in Physitrack, so you have them on your phone with video demonstrations, sets and reps, and a place to track how each session feels.

After your appointment, Holly sends your programme by email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. Completing the agreed exercises is an important part of your recovery, and your programme changes as you progress.
